This place is kept clean, staff are friendly and incredible, the breakfast is exceptional with a variety of food options, the rooms are spacious with a comfortable couch/bed, making for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is nicely maintained and has fresh decorations located in a great area with easy access to restaurants in both Herndon and Reston, as well as Washington city center.

A kind gentleman noticed me struggling with my luggage and offered to help, guiding me to the front desk with a warm smile. He even carried my heavy bags up two flights of stairs to my room. His helpfulness and genuine care made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Despite a few cleanliness issues, the overall experience was great. This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast every morning is delicious, with fresh and tasty options. We also loved the fact that they have happy hour style dinners, with amazing grilled brats and even a gourmet crepe food truck! The location is perfect, close to a bus stop and also near a bike rental shop, so we were able to easily explore the nearby Reston Town Center and cycle the WOD Trail. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with the added convenience of sliding doors for easy access outside. Plus, having our dog with us was no problem at all. we had an excellent experience at this hotel!
